What you will need:
- Poster Board/Thick paper/UN-corrugated Cardboard
- Pen/Pencil/Marker
- Picture or outline of desired stencil
- Exacto knife
- Hard, Flat surface to cut on
- Acrylic paint
- Scrap fabric
